The American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) is the premier trade association for photographers who create images primarily for publication. Founded in 1944, ASMP is the leader in promoting photographers’ rights, providing education in better business practices, producing business publications for photographers, and helping to connect art buyers with professional photographers. ASMP has 39 chapters across the country and its members include many of the world’s foremost photographers.

We are a community of image experts committed to sharing our experience and knowledge throughout the industry.  We provide professional networking and educational opportunities.  If you create, edit, license, manage or publish pictures, ASPP is the place for you.

MAAG provides opportunities for emerging and professional artists to create and distribute their work both in a permanent gallery space and an ongoing fine art and handcraft market.  We thrive on collaborating with artists who work in a variety of mediums.  By renting studio space, we provide opportunities for new partnerships and inspired imagination. We are convinced that creativity and imagination are strategies for community development-we hope to become a point of destination for both artists and art lovers.
